Piggy took over this ride at the end of the 2008 season when Nick Turner and Barbara Cassani decided to dispose of their interests. These were bought by Wally French and Sue Crane.

2009 was Piggy’s first season with Edward and after finishing third at Bramham CCI*** the pair were longlisted for the British Team. They won a  late call up for the European Championships, making the most of their opportunity to scoop the Individual Silver Medal after jumping one of only two double clears. Edward will always be a very special horse for Piggy. His achievements during 2009, which helped change Piggy’s life and career, will never be forgotten.

Edward’s plans for 2012 are unknown, but the important thing is that he is sound and extremely happy at home with his friends.
