Piggy scored her ninth international win of the year at Burgham, taking the CCI3*-S on Highdown March. She finished on her dressage score of 29.7 on the eight-year-old Jaguar Mail gelding.

“He was a later starter in life, but he’s a really genuine, talented, scopey horse who’s got everything going for him,” said Piggy. “He’s super-easy to ride – you could ride him in a headcollar.”

Sportsfield Top Notch finished in 11th place, while Susie Berry – who is based with Piggy – took the runner up spot riding John The Bull.

Cooley Lancer’s dressage score completion resulted in a fourth place in the CCI2*-S, while Castletown Clover and Brookfield Inocent were 13th and 16th respectively in the CCI4*-S.

Finally, a double clear by Brookfield Quality gave Piggy fifth place in the open intermediate.
